Yes. Creating an account and using the Vehicle Health Dashboard is completely free. Creating an account gives you access to personalized vehicle insights, service history, maintenance recommendations, appointment tracking, and exclusive tools designed to help you stay on top of your vehicle’s health.
You can track your vehicle’s progress through the Service Status Tracker in Vehicle Health Dashboard. It will alert you when vehicle inspection started, when it is completed, and when your vehicle is ready to be picked up. Depending on your communication preferences, you may also receive updates through the website, mobile app, email, text or push notifications.
You will be able to view service status, but creating an account unlocks a complete service history and personalized vehicle insights, and makes it easier to create and track future appointments.
Sign in to Vehicle Health Dashboard to view available service records associated with your vehicle. Vehicle Health Dashboard stores available service records so you can review previous maintenance and repair visits in one place. Some records may not be available if your vehicle has not yet been linked to your account or if the service was completed under different customer information.
When you sign in to Vehicle Health Dashboard, you are able to manually add service records from other shops to help maintain a complete maintenance history.
